Re: Bilsteins for 2003 E-350 Quigley
Just went thru that process on my 95' 7.3 EB 350 Quigley. Called Quigley. They said just get the Bilsteins for my van as a 2wd, tell supplier that this is the "application", as supplier won't have listing for 4wd van. My supplier(s) were stumped.
Went bilstein.com which is also allshocks.com and related somehow to Turner Motorsports. Looked up the van on site... 2 choices, van or chassis "application"
Got a human on the phone... described my dilemna, he advised chassis/heavy-duty type with a strong degree of certainty (seemed like he understands the products and "application") I am awaiting their scheduled arrival on June 2.
I recommend the site (allshocks.com) and the human connection... now we'll see if they work as hoped. Replaced rear springs w/Ujoint supplied set and really like 'em.

Thank you Twogone , you have gone thru the same dilemma that I have . I will contact Shawn at Bilstein like I did for the SportsMobile conversion ! After showing them the set up they were able to generate a correct application number . Thank you again and keep your progress reports coming .

Re: Bilsteins for 2003 E-350 Quigley
Quigley just installed the following Bilsteins on my 2002 Quigley V10 EB50 SMB.
Front B461720
Rear B5233186900
It was weighed front and rear first, before they picked out the shocks. Is your Quigley an SMB interior conversion or bare??
Note my rig has Super Springs at the rear, and weighs 3924 front, 4968 rear with 46 gal fuel.

How do you guys figure out/weigh your vans? I have no idea what my rig weighs, but it seems like I should know! Any tips?

Re: Bilsteins for 2003 E-350 Quigley
Rock yard across the highway from my house- $5 non-certified. Aluminum or other scrap yards, some landfills, anywhere that does weigh-in weigh-out ... just call around to find out how much they charge.
Also, Truckstops if they're not busy and some states (Oregon) leave scales on when weigh stations are closed. I discovered Utah is not one of those states
