Black Rim Suggestions?

Hi there,
Just got a 2008 Ford E350 12 passenger, which will be 4x4 converted by Advance 4x4 this fall....looking to upgrade rim and tires at the same time...found lots of good tire treads on the forum and was hoping you guys could send me some good suggestions for black rims...16 or 17 inch ...something that holds up will against the grit of salt and sand!...its dirty and slimy often up here in BC ...

Cheers
Chantal

I did extensive research on tires/wheels about 6 months ago and decided to go with the new ATX Ledge wheels in a 17 inch size. Many others here have been happy with the ATX Mojave wheels. Both are available in black and chrome. I picked the Ledge for looks and because they have a high load rating of 3600lbs. Lots and lots of choices out there. Good luck.

Got to agree with Rob, weight must be taken into account. It really is improtant in off road situations IMO.

Re: Black Rim Suggestions?

I looked up Stockton Wheels a while back, and it seems that the owner passed away suddenly, so the company is in some turmoil right now. I always loved the industrial look of their rims.

Re: Black Rim Suggestions?

Walker Evans has quality wheels. Expensive quality wheels. Forged.
For your expensive quality SMB.
Red, blue or black rings available too.
Many backspacing options.

Don't cheap out on wheels.
They're on my van.
