Brake Wobble

When i have to hit the brakes faster than i want too... like a light turns red at the wrong time or someone cuts me off, i get a little brake wobble in the front end. It goes away as we slow down. If i ease into the brakes it hardly ever does it.

Anyone else get this?

Running the Dynatac pro rock 60 first generation upfront.

The most likely cause is that one of the front rotors is warped. On most vehicles you can have a brake shop turn/grind the rotors to true them. Unless you pads are new it probably would be good idea to replace them while you have everything apart.

John, Thanks for the response.. i thought maybe i was alone here on this topic. I will do a brake job on the truck ASAP. I will also turn the rotors or replace it they're really warped badly.

If you do change the rotors you might look into a better brand...I did. Next step is stainless steel brake lines.

When you upgraded your rotors.. did you go slotted or drilled? What brand did you go with? Ive always liked DBA. Did they improve your braking?

Yeah, im surprised these rigs dont come with steel braided lines (for the price you pay) already from SMB.

Here's the DBA F350 rotors.. nice!
