A little hard to tell from the pic, but I wouldn't be surprised if that van was on a lift and the suspension was in full droop. There seems to be a lot of distance btween the top of the tire and the inner fender well.

No bulge in the sidewall either.

I'm intrigued by the IFS stuff and that setup is a thing of beauty.
