Ford 99 e350 frame rails equidistant from center?

Trying to do a quick front and rear axle alignment checks, and just wondering if the frame is equidistant at the front and rear suspension areas? Just trying to make sure it isn't dog tracking at all. I know I can cross measure, but it's dark and I don't have a helper around tonight. Hoping I can use tire to frame distance to do a quick check.
