$475.00 Agile ESOF install, Revalve front shocks, trim cross member and trac rod mount
$16,153.18 Total
Looks like you would save $1250 on MG's kit vs. what I paid.
I spent extra money to get a 40 gallon tank vs. cutting down factory tank (very happy with the increased range)
Would have been cheaper to get a manual shift vs. ESOF
Could save $400 if you can do the welding yourself.
Could save money if you don't use custom rear springs (very happy with the ride).
Biggest challenge was finding axles in the gear ratio I wanted 4.30's. I'm pretty computer literate and with multiple searches daily, I think it took me 3 months to find both axles. Rear springs took 2-3 months to receive as well. The swap wasn't horrible, but bigger and heavier than what I am used to and waiting for parts slowed the progress.

If she didn’t love you you’d be in the doghouse after testicle extraction haha! Post some pics of that bad boy..

What's the turning radius on these in comparison to the other coil conversions (quigley, agile, timberline, etc)?

Vans using the '05-'16 F-series Dana 60 will all have the same turning radius. So same as Quigley and Timberline

That was quick, thanks!
So seeing as it uses factory parts, probably safe to assume it's close to the 28' of the F series turning radius then?
Edit, from quigley: http://www.quigley4x4.com/Technical-...rning-Diameter
(note: I pulled radius, they're talking diameter, so multiple or divide by 2 as you see fit)

Hey MG,
A number of the pictures you linked in the first few posts on this thread appear to be missing. Would you mind reposting those or fixing the original link?
I’m really interested in the group buy, but would like to learn a bit more before committing. I have to read this whole thread again and the kB thread again. It looks like most people are running about 6” lift. Is it possible to go 4” instead?
Thanks for helping bring more 4x4 vans into the world.

Woo Hoo! We've once again reached our minimum for the group buy! Going to keep this open until Feb 15th then start production. Let's us know ASAP if you want to get in on this run!
Here's a pic of a recent customer build using parts from the last group buy... (7.3L van with CCV top. Nice looking rig!)

We're looking for a minimum of 10 buyers (at 20 buyers, the price drops 10%). $2000 per set, This is for the brackets only (2 radius arm brackets, 2 spring perches/shock mounts, trac bar mount, PLUS a machined pitman arm). All other 4x4 conversion parts can be purchased through various sources and part numbers/info will be provided.
We have a detailed set of instructions, cut templates, parts info and a FAQ that we can send to any interested parties via email (too much info to post here in its current format...getting on the email list is easier). There is also a great DIY knowledge sharing post on this forum where others have been posting info:

We are SO close to reaching 20 kit buyers (and a 10% discount)! We've decided to keep the ordering open through the weekend to try to reach the magic number. Let us know ASAP if you want to buy a kit!

2006 e350
Hi mgmetalworks, I have a 06 e-350 5.4L 2wd with a 6 inch lift on it already.
I also have a 06 f350 4x4 6.0 powerstroke. I am looking to put the solid axle in my van for the mean time to get better handling. Does you kits come with the lift kit I need? Also i plan on putting the powerstroke in the van but that will be in the future. Do you think the pitman arm will bolt up to my 5.4l?
