That is a factory spring isolator bushing. On every E-series under the coil.

My van doesn't have those. Must be something Quigley removed. I guess I need to find some.

My van just has a cast steel cone under the coils.

Due to popular demand, we've decided to once again offer our radius arm/coil spring conversion brackets for the E-series in a special group buy. We're looking for a minimum of 10 buyers (at 20 buyers, the price drops 10%). $2000 per set, This is for the brackets only (2 radius arm brackets, 2 spring perches/shock mounts, spring keepers, trac bar mount, machined pitman arm). All other 4x4 conversion parts can be purchased through various sources and part numbers/info will be provided.

We have a detailed set of instructions, cut templates, parts info and a FAQ that we can send to any interested parties via email (too much info to post here in its current format...getting on the email list is easier).

Please email through expovans.com for more information

Sweet! I was hoping you'd start again.

Do you have an idea how much a person should budget for the other conversion parts?

I would guess around $5,000 would get you everything but a transfer case, front axle, and front driveshaft. The axle and transfer case should be available from a junkyard. I already had a t-case and bought a '13+ axle for $1,500. I went ahead and had all the wear items in the axle replaced, but several have swapped a used axle right in. I think I saw where MG had some t-cases for sell on his shop clean out thread. I would guess definitely less than $10,000 all in and maybe under $9,000 if you DIY it.

It can vary a bit depending on how far you want to go with the axles.

I've paid as little as $1500 for a '16 front axle with less than 1000 miles and it had EVERYTHING with it, including calipers (vary rare for that to happen...calipers are easy money for salvage yards so they're the first to come off). All of it like brand new. I got a '15 rear Sterling 10.5 axle with E-locker and everything on it as well for $1100.... Deals are out there. You just have to be ready to pounce when you see them.

On the other hand, because of project timing, I've paid WAAAAY too much for an axle and it shows up bare...no brakes, no steering linkages, damaged unit bearings blown seals... You can blow through a few grand in a hurry on an axle without even trying hard.

Send me an email and I'll forward on all the info we've complied. There is a ton of stuff we've put together on all the parts needed, part numbers, instructions, etc...

On the other end of the spectrum I paid $350 for a 2006 axle, complete, and $350 more for an NV271 from the same truck. It all came together fine and that van is still roaming around Denver somewhere.
