im not positive, but it looks like theres a receiver in the front. have a plug for power and its removable to store in a strongbox or elsewhere. we did a setup like that on a snowcat. we usually used it in the back receiver though, very rarely used it in front. it wasnt to often we wanted to pull ourselves further into the "stuck", lol.

rig looks badass. have been looking for updates on your site to see more pix and get a few more details (not that there isnt plenty of other good vanporn on there ).
Correct, front receiver is installed. We'll be building them soon to sell as an upgrade. --- I've been slammed finishing up this ambo, so I'm a bit behind schedule with website updates. I generally update the facebook and portal page 1st. (much easier)

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

There are ways to put a winch behind a stock bumper. But maybe not in the way UJOINT has his configured.
I was able to order my '10 E350 without RSC. QuadVan required it and I did order it that way. That may be on the empty commercial cargo vans though.
Not knocking your build UJOINT (!), only pointing out HOW MANY variables there can be.
That rig built up very nice.

Should have pointed out that copescobra van is a 2000, so there's not as much room behind the bumper as your 2010.

Is your van a diesel?

No UJOINT, gas. Unencumbered room in there. The winch is a MileMarker, maybe do to fitment concerns.

QuadVan did stock bumper winches with the old front end too.

There's still a lot to come like a rear skid with an interior floor box, onboard air, modified stock bumpers and some steps. I'll post pics as we move along.

vary cool!!
