I have a 95 Quigley and have the same problem. I have had my rears raised and reinforced with additional leaves by my local industrial spring shop. That has helped a lot with a full load. This is what I have found online for the front.
Update on front end. Ordered 2 sets of coils from local store for a look see. Club wagon E350 coils were same as old one. Super Duty springs were 1 inch taller. Moog # CC880S. Installed the taller spring and gained about 1/2 inch in clearance at axle bump stops. Ride much improved now not hitting near as much. Bad news was I had to jack up the carport roof another inch! Can anyone tell me the source and part number for bushings on the 4 link arms for front axle in the 93 conversion. Found one of the link arm bolts loose at axle and had chewed up the hole. Had to weld new plate on to patch it. Bushings looked good but just thought someday they'll need replacing. Thanks
You may have to call Quigley to get parts for the conversion. Give them your S/N and they can tell you what was used to convert your van.
