Hey Shenrie,
Yeah, based on the steering components, it does look like you have a SK conversion. I'd like to see pix of the sway bar and the front of the front springs.
I've had a Quigley, a SK, and now a UJOR. The Quigley had good road manners except for going into turns with any kind of speed. Kind of a boat. It was a poor off road performer on the bumpy stuff. The SK did alright off road, better than the Quig, but was a punishing ride. They have kind of a jankey steering setup and their sway and trac bar design is pretty much just there for looks. Mine was fairly reliable but I did break a steering rod. SK sticks the shackles on the front springs on the front which makes for a very stiff ride. They also drilled out and studded the front rotors to match the back which I feel is kind of a bizarre approach. Obviously, with SK gone the way of the dino, there's no aftermarket support and replacing parts is kind of sleuthing process. The good news is that if it really bugs you, you can slowly start to replace stuff with UJOR components as time and money allows. But until that day comes, you still have a decent 4x4 ambo. And that's a good thing.
