Just an FYI...
I learned that "American Eagle" aka "Eagle Alloys" has gone out of business. Kind of a shame as they were a US company and offered some nice wheel options for our vans.

I was pretty bummed to hear this as I currently have AE wheels on my van. I also recently picked up an Aluminess tire carrier, and was hoping to pick up a matching spare. No luck tracking down an individual wheel, found a set, but they won't sell me just one. No luck finding a "close enough" match either, just 8 or 12 spoke, not 10. If anybody comes across a 0122-8988 I'm all ears!

For those w/ Mastercrafts, how do you like them? Found some 285/70/17 Courser ATX's locally for dirt cheap, but I have no experience or knowledge with the brand. I've only used BFG, Goodyear or Falken.

New Sneakers!

Just installed Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 295/70-17's on my E350!

Nice tires, and a good savings from Discount Tires.
These tires are very very quiet as compared to my shot Toyo MT's. What a relief!!
I am so pleased. In the past I have missed a rotation or two - I will not on this go around.
So... with an intake, muffler & mapping upgrade, along with tires, my bought new '10 is really coming back to my expectations.
Nice to feel good about it again.
We'll see how these tires do long term.
Cheers.

Nice sneakers Max. Time to get them dirty. They look really good on that rig to.

Two more views just because, also showing my Agile set up in front.
My quiet tires have exposed a whining rear end that I could not hear with my previous tires. I will monitor that.
I really like these Ridge Grapplers. And I really like my tune for the V-10.
My rig has woke up!

Thanks Twoxentrix. The bad part of these wheels is the rings retain water. In wet weather the bottom of the rim holds water - it can get nasty when motoring around.
They are hard wheels to clean also.
Other than that I love the looks, and... Walker Evans is my buddy.
