Re: Tire and Wheel Gallery - Post Yours Here!

I have had 20s on my 2WD van for ever and love it. I have a Quigley 4x4 now about to order 275/60/20 which comes out to a 33" hopefully big enough, I think my 2000 quigley is about a 3-4" lift. Will know more next week.

Re: Tire and Wheel Gallery - Post Yours Here!

I'm putting new bfg tires on Friday and the current bfg are in ok shape just a issue balancing that keeps coming back. They are 285 75 r16 and have 3/8 of tread. Free and you must pick up in Covina. I save them if anyone wants them. They are three years old and e rated.

Get the new KO2s. I just did a 3000 miles round trip to Houston and the tires performed admirably through rain, icy roads and all the shitty pot holes on I-10

I've been a lurker for a few years and finally got the Sportsmobile 4x4 installed on the family wagon and picked up last week!

I've had the KMC Rockstars (17x8 8x165 10mm offset) with 285 70r17 BFG AT's on the van for 2 years now with the Action Van lift. Now that the Sportsmobile 4x4 is installed I'm kind of thinking I need a wider stance, especially with the new fender flares. Not sure whether to get a different rim or stick with the same style but bump up to the 17x9 with a -35mm offset using the same tires. Any issues moving up to the wider rim and offset?

Here's a pic of the van and rims:

Wow, those 285's look tiny with your 4x4 setup. Looks like you can step it up to a 305 or 315 if you have the gearing for it.

I know. I actually took the flares off for now because they look a little silly with the current rims and tires. I'd love to go up to 35's but they tell me it'll set off the RSC since it's a 2014. Any idea on the biggest size I can *actually* use?
