I'm looking to upgrade my tires and wheels. But unlike most here I am not looking to raise my stock Van or convert to 4x4. I wish to make this build a total comfort cruiser for the coast hwy.
To that end I would like to lower the tire profile for less wheel roll. I was thinking of a plus 2 configuration with 245/55r18 tires.
Unfortunate I haven't been able to find compatible rims that the websites say are compatible. Either the website does not recognize E series or econoline as valid models or doesn't list anything beyond the standard 16" rim.
By the way I'm looking to mount these on a 1998 E250 ext cargo
My searches have come up with these specs. Stock rims are 16x8 with an 8x6.5 bolt
pattern and zero offset.
I like the look of these even though they are stated as off-road.

They show an 18x9 in three offsets a 1 a -12 and a 20
Has anyone used a 18" rim or have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your time.
