U-joints

At 14000 miles my rear transfer case u-joint was bad. Noticed a vibration on the way back from DV.
Replaced it with a non-greasable u-joint.(stronger) Had the driveshaft rebalanced. Much smoother.

You might want to check your u-joints.

Mine also needed to be replaced at about the 20k mile mark. SMB west noticed the problem when doing some other work and replaced it with a non-greasable u-joint.
