You should be able to ask the place you bought them at and also look for the weight rating, that's what really counts. I believe on my BFG's, "E" Corresponds to the ply and the weight rating but my guess is the overall build of the tire can change things as well. Sorry I can help more.

According to the TireRack.com site, those tires are rated at 3000#@80psi.

I have read posts that require E rating. I don't see E. Maybe the M 118 is the rating

Most non 4x4 lighter rigs are well under weights that some of the other 4x4 vans typically weigh...but that's not in stone. Sending it to a scale is what gives you the real infomation if you're not sure. It might be hard to request the owner take it to a set of scales, but that's what counts. Adjust the tire weight limits to how the van actually sits on the scale
