So how much winching are you doing, needing a replacement line after only one year?

annie, the word incident in rally's post is a link. I couldn't see it when reading on my phone. his whole thread is worth the read, but post 222 is where this particular story starts

Oh pooh- THAT incident. I was all set to enjoy chronicles of a new incident. We lightweights count on you heavyweights 4x4s to get after it out there!
When I was doing a lot of backcountry trips (past life) we rated them on a scale of how epic were the snafus. You know, minor-epic, mild- moderate- or major-epic. The latter were ones you usually wish you had stayed home from. I guess 'epic' now is more watered down synonym for awesome
Anyone got one for October? I propose an incident of the month rating

They're finally responding to me via Facebook (after deleting a public comment I posted on their page asking where my order was). Of course, they're denying they heard from me previously, and accusing Facebook of not delivering prior messages. No apology for not sending my order yet, but maybe I have to wait for that too...

Turns out that was wishful thinking, I'm now blocked from their Facebook page, no response from them since I posted this. Today is day 47 since I ordered.
Now asking Paypal for a refund, we'll see if that works.
BEWARE of doing business with Olympus Offroad aka Olympus International. My first order took over three weeks, I forgave them and ordered again (over six weeks ago) and still haven't received that order.

Well I'm glad you're posting this Robb. Guess they don't want our business. Fool me once, shame on you....
I do hope you get your money back.
