You mention the bulkiness of Queen RV Superbag when stored, would it fit in the Penthouse, spread out, when penthouse is locked down?
Do you have the storage bag?
I have the Ford E350 with EB50 layout.

We have the full from them and it fits the top bunk perfectly. My top bunk is one piece and I can put the top down with it laying flat but most the time I fold in half and store the solar cell under it with no issue closing the top.

We just folded ours & stored it in the rear. We have the RB50 layout so we put it underneath the bed platform. I'm guessing it will fit in the penthouse with the top down. I'll be testing it out before the next trip. I have the two piece top so I'd likely need to leave the platform down when I lower the top.
I don't have the storage bag but may look into a large compression bag if I don't like the way it stores in the penthouse.

I got this handy stainless and silicone strainer I'm a chef so this was exciting for me..
 
Some nice new husky liners  very hard to get in Canada btw
