Fiamma bracket locations - penthouse top

Hello all. I'm scheduled to get a penthouse top. Before that happens, though, I'm planning on installing a Fiamma awning. I got the brackets from Sportsmobile for the F45s. When I look at pictures of where the brackets are mounted, there doesn't seem to be a standard location. On the various rigs I've seen, the bracket locations seem to vary by 6" to a foot. And what's concerning is that most of these setups have the bracket mounted a distance away from the recommended location that's marked on the awning. And Fiamma recommends three brackets for the 10' size that's commonly installed on Sprinters.
Anybody run into these concerns when self-installing a Fiamma awning?
Anybody install the front bracket in front of the b-pillar?

I'd recommend returning those brackets and getting Z brackets sold by 1der here. No sheet metal drilling and much stronger.

Oh well, never mind.

As for location, the Fiamma will be fine with various locations.. just set them up wherever they work best on the van.. and don't worry too much about where on the awning.
