How easy is custom wiring post SMB build?

I have a 2014 Sprinter going in for a SMB build in March and wanted to add some top running lights and other toys myself. SMB is installing an Aluminess top rack and solar panels. I've already added bumper running lights myself, and know about how to easily wire into the driver's side seat area through the under-body grommet. I also know how to get power, use relays, etc.

But I was wondering how accessible the internal wiring is after the build?

For example, can I expect to fairly easily run wires near where the solar panel wires are run into the van (I can handle using a marine fitting to waterproof the entry point). Can I access those wires inside the van without a lot of tough disassembly of cabinets and headliners? Can I expect to easily run wires internally from the back to the front of the van, or is that pretty darn tough to do?

Thank you.

This x2.

I'd suggest having some wires run prior to the build as it may not be easy once all the insulation/walls/ceilings get placed inside the van.

You can tell them to do pre-wire for your lights. Not sure how much is it, but it will be helpful.
