Whistling Sprinter

When driving at highway speeds and especially into a head wind my van makes an extreamly loud whistling noise. I have two solar panels mounted on the front of my 2014 Sprinter penthouse roof that I suspect are responsible for this noise. Have any of you experienced this problem and have you come up with a solution?

Re: Whistling Sprinter

Melstrails - we have a 2015 high roof sprinter with 2 side by side solar panels and an awning. In our first 1000 miles we have not heard whistling. We had quite a few of those miles on freeways at 65 or 70 mph.
