I suspect that they are just using the common ingredients that they normally use, they referenced the Truma combi furnace/water heater, which has been well received in their other offerings. While I agree that Lithium brings new possibilities, Espar a great option if you have diesel. I know they have gasoline versions, but propane has been a reasonable fuel source. There are people that scoff at solar because they have a 3-way propane fridge that sips propane while boon-docking.

Perhaps including propane was just an off-the-shelf parts shortcut to finish the preliminary concept vehicle?

In Europe the Truma Combi is available in either diesel or propane fueled versions. Truma initially imported only the more common propane variant for US market introduction. But since the concept vehicle is already equipped with lithium batteries and induction cooktop the Truma Combi D6 (diesel) would completely eliminate the need for propane.

BTW, that Truma Combi D6 uses an Espar sourced and licensed diesel combustion system.

OK, it looks like this vehicle may be getting close to production. I received an email today from Winnebago wanting my address and phone number so they could send some info. No pricing or details yet, but I will provide updates when I get the info.
