18"x9" on 2wd E350

I acquired a free set of 18"x9" rims with 0 offset
Looking to see if anyone has installed a set this size on a 2wd E350
Tire size is a big question

Those wheels shouldn't be a problem but what size tire do you want to run? Is you van still stock?

Thinking about running 275 65 18....or something close that will fit

On my 97 E350 I am running stock suspension with 305 70 16 on 8" 0 offset
