I’ve always assumed the 2008 -10 F250 and F350 use the exact same headlight as 2008 - current Econoline. I can’t imagine what would be different but ???

Don't think will fit. Looks like those have mounts on the side, the vans are on the top and bottom.

Just did it tonight. about 30 min job.

The cargo light has a H4 plug. I picked up the proper plugs from Autozone.
The splice and testing I have high / low circuits lit up properly.

Only the main light needs to be spliced. The turn signal and side marker simply plug in.

Worth it.

Moto, thanks for confirmation. I'm updating my 02 front clip to the 08+ style and I like the black grille big headlights look.
I have all the parts in a pile but not installed, so thanks again.
I bought this adapter off ebay for $7 a pair so I wouldn't have to splice.
