I've read a few posts saying zero offset wheels are what Sportsmobile uses. I liked the wheels enough to settle on the -12mm offset. With 285's they fill the Bushwhackers out nicely. Anything wider than 285's will need a zero offset.
I also settled on the 285/65 over 285/70 because they're an inch shorter and I'm pulling a trailer with a 5.4 and 4:10 gears. Lots of time using wheel offset / tire size calculators helped me go with this size over the Quigley added 245/70R17's.

For snow skinnny seems prefered so I'd measure your current rear adapter and see if there's a wider replacement available.
