Haha, that's crazy. I think what's really killing my opinion of the Ford's seats is that my daily driver is a 335d; I love those seats!

Ideally (and this is probably a project for much later in the year), I think I want to find a way to have ventilated/AC seats. After spending all day wrestling a motorcycle around Daytona, my backside could use some pampering on the long ride back to Atlanta.

Well, let me elaborate a bit. I absolutely love BMW seats too, especially sport package seats, but on long trips they get to me. I drive a rig at work and am totally spoiled on an upright, super comfy air seat with double armrests and about 100 comfort settings, including multiple lumbar settings. I like the van seating position because it's upright like that and vans usually have armrests. But, some Ford van seats suck. The best I had were on a low mileage SMB. They restuff them or something when they reupholster. They were pretty fantastic.....somehow.

Best van seat I ever had? Late model Sprinter, no doubt. Best of all worlds.

To each thier own I guess, but I love my BMW seats no matter the length of the trip. Multiple ways to adjust, and best of all I can move it far enough to the rear to acomidate my long legs. I also find my stock van seats to be pretty comfy, if only it would go back a bit further, but the cabinet behind it prevents that.
