I have no idea what the receiver is rated for, but since it's integrated into the bumper, it's stout. You'll go way over your front axle rating before overloading the bumper, at least with the steel version.
Below is a Honda 650 on the front receiver. I also carry about 800 pounds of traffic cones up front (for setting up autocross courses).
With the Aluminess bumper you could install an aftermarket front hitch receiver, if that bumper leaves the frame rail open. The Buckstop has some 1/2" thick brackets that connect to the bottom of the bumper to the frame rail, to provide more pulling strength, and also some triangulation for side pulls.
