You would have to do our update kit like we did on Kurt's van, or stay with a 2003 or newer to keep the cost down.

Cherolet Express Van leveling spacer

We would like to show you guys another product we are now making in house.
This Billet 6061 aluminum spacer will lift your van about 2" in the front to help level it out.
These can be used in addition to our 3"spindle for a combined 5" of lift. With this most vans are able to run a 285x70x17 tire.

If you guys have any questions, please let me know.

No you don't have to put longer shocks in.
I think it does a little, you are stealing 1.25 of shock extension so less droop over bumps and stock shocks have no rebound so that doesn't help. With the addition of fox shocks it helps slow it down.
The shocks will bend the top stems over time if your drive as crazy as kurt... but one day we will get it all figured out or just put a coil over in there......
(96-02 models)

This is why we designed the lift spindle, to keep stock ride quality. Either way spindle vs spacer is still better then driving stock van.
