I've had dash lights go out before on Ford vans, and more often turn signals or half sides of the dash lights go out. Check fuses first since all yours went out, and if it's not a fuse standby for them to come back soon. Just curious, you didn't spin the dimmer (light knob) to off did you?

seriously though, thats solid advice. ive done that before. to the point of getting another gauge cluster, getting it installed and still having no dash lights. then realizing it got turned off detailing the interior. its things like that when you feel the stupidest all by yourself...

Of course that's when you blame it on the wife or kids, right?

would love to be able to do that. alas, i only had myself to blame hence why i sat in driveway totally deflated feeling like a dumb ass... interior looked great though, lol!
ive got some lighting issues within my cluster as well. i know theres places out there that will upgrade all the bulbs to led along with calibrating gauges. even repairs if needed, but i haven't got that warm fuzzy from any of the places ive called and inquired with yet. anyone have any positive experiences with any such place they would recommend?

Since you lost all the lights at once and not just one, I'd bet you either blew the fuse, or burnt out the dimmer on the light switch.
The cluster actually comes out pretty easily in these vans. The worst part is pulling the light switch, but even that's not that bad. I can do it in a couple of minutes at this point.

^^^ yep by far the hardest part is the light knob. the rest of it is very straightforward.
