E350 key fob program

Dose any one here know how to program a 2013 E350 key fob? I've googled it and tried 3 diffrent ways but still cant get the van to go into program mode. Everything I read also says 2007 and later years but cant find anything for a 2013. Thanks for the help.

I've tried all 3 numerous times to no avail. My van didnt come with a fob so I purchased a new set. The van is fully loaded so I'm guessing there is a sending unit in it. I might just take it to the dealer and see what they change to do it. Thanks for the help

Look into the Ford manual at chapter "Keys and Remote Control".
Here you find this :

Quote:
Reprogramming Your Remote Controls
You must have all remote controls (maximum of four) available before
beginning this procedure. If all remote controls are not present during
programming, the ones missing will no longer operate the vehicle.
Note: Make sure you do not press the brake pedal during this sequence.
To reprogram the remote control:
1. Make sure the vehicle is electronically unlocked.
2. Place the key in the ignition and turn it from lock to off.
3. Cycle eight times rapidly (within 10 seconds) between off and on.
Note: The eighth turn must end in the on position.
4. The doors will lock, and then unlock, to confirm that you have
activated the programming mode.
5. Within 20 seconds press any button on the remote control. Note: If more
than 20 seconds have passed you will need to start the procedure over.
6. The doors will lock, and then unlock, to confirm that you have
programmed this remote control.
7. Repeat Step 5 to program each additional remote control (up to four).
8. Turn the ignition off after you have finished programming all of the
remote controls.
9. The doors will lock, and then unlock, to confirm that you have exited
the programming mode.

But maybe you new controls are not compatible or somehow broken?
I once bought some from amazon but they never worked. Later I bought from another dealer and they worked.

Mine didnt come with a FOB either

Just a thought...

My 09 E350 with power locks and windows etc did not come with a fob... just plain metal keys...

I bought a set of fobs off AMAZON and followed the directions.

Nothing happened...

Apparently my van did not come with the module/box that the remotes communicate with.. so I shipped them back,,,

Hope yours has the module...

Hi, I’ve paid up to $100 to have this done on my 2005
Chevy Express SMB. Anyone know if it’s possible to do this on a 2005 Chevy? Every time you change the battery you lose all the programming. Would love to DIY this gizmo.
Thanks

A key without a chip can be easily milled in a metal repair shop using a second copy - no one will even ask for the car documents. If you lose your only key, a copy can be made from the door or ignition lock at a specialized company. You will be offered three variants there. The first is cheaper but more complicated. You need to dismantle the lock and take it to a workshop. The lock will be dismantled, its elements (pins) will be measured, and a duplicate will be turned out. The second way is more expensive - you can call a specialist directly to your car. The expert "considers" pins without dismantling the lock and will produce a key on the spot. In advance, of course, the master must verify by documents that you are the owner of the car.
