I also have the 40 Gallon Aero Tank that I purchased from Agile. I am very happy with it so far.

Only problem with that is Ford had this issue with many of the E and F series for a ten year span so its possible to end up with one that has the same defective lining.

I thought UJOR has tanks for 4x4 vans? They are east coast.

I would love one of there tanks, but I inquired and they don't come off as very motivated to sell one.

Maybe because of the Quigley conversion? The disclaimer reads as if not all Quigley’s have had the front strap removed but that is just my read. Maybe a call to Quigley can get an answer? Seems like it any mounting issue could be easily remedied.

After reading this thread, and visiting AeroTanks-we specialize in auxiliary and replacement fuel tanks.
I decided to call Jake as the webpage recommends.
I unexpectedly ended up buying a 40 gallon tank for my 2006 v10. It was a little over $1200 shipped with skid plate, freight.

I didn't think Aerotank shipped directly to a consumer and just to dealers for install. Turns out that's not true.

They are a bit behind right now, 15-18 days to ship. YMYAFMV (Your model year and fuel may very).

I should add that I have a cut down OEM tank (for sale) and would prefer in some instances to have more than 300 miles range. Additionally I think my fuel pump is going out so that is part of the project.

The tank is modified but I do not know if the front strap has been relocated. UJOR description refers to the strap relocation.
