I don’t think my adventures would keep me from using one of these devices; it was just when the topic of warranty came up, I figured I would relay my experiences with Ford, and the other implications of that.

Greg, sorry for reviving an old thread.. but i was curious to hear what you found out about your flasher.. and what type of fuel numbers you were getting along with HP?

Are you still running the flasher with no problems to date?

thanks for any info you can lend.

As far as MPG I don't think it improved much. I don't have accurate MPG numbers do to no Scan Gauge Yet and the fact I cant get consistent full fill ups do to the Transfer Flow fuel tank. What I can tell you is I will never drive this V10 without the programmer. I got three different tunes 87 octane tow, 87 performance and 91 tow. I started out using the 91 tow because I was already using premium fuel. The difference was incredible, great throttle response at all speeds. This is what a V10 should feel like. After a while I stared noticing a bit of pinging on some steep hills so I tried out the 87 tow on 89 octane and felt that the van performed even better with no ping. I will say I am very happy with custom tuning.
P.S. I also have a K&N air filter.

Thanks for the reply. And how long have you been running the unit?

We have a K&N also.

I'll have to try the 87 octane tow tune w/ 89 octane. Been running the 91 tow tune and it's been great
