Front tire clearance solutions needed

My tires hit the leading edge of my fenders and my bumper when off road begins to require the simplist steep angles and twists.
Its better explained in my first 2 pics in my gallery.(Ill have to figure out how to attach in my post later)

Id like to know the various solutions any of you have.

It appears Sportsman rigs have cut a large part of the fender out and eliminating the factory bumper.

I jacked up the body in front to see how much lift was left and it only went up 2 more inches.
That didnt change the clearance issue.
It shows me that im either going to have to cut alot of front fender/bumper out or get into some extra lift up front.

So what am I looking at? I dont really want to go higher if I dont have to.
PleasebTell me your opinions pro and con to my alternatives.

Wouldn't the simplest thing just be to get smaller tires?
