We are currently working with Quigley 4x4 designing a few new suspension upgrades and lifts for you that would like to run bigger tires.

I am interested in the Quigley suspension upgrade and lift with 10" of cycle. I just ordered a Chevy Express 3500 van from a local dealer today. Once the factory has completed the build, it will be taking a trip to Quigley for the four wheel drive conversion and the Quigley 3-inch lift. I would like to run 33" tires one day.

I am very interested in the products you guys design for the Express van. Ill be in southern California in January and would love to drop by the shop and see what you all are doing if at all possible.

I am an apprentice metal fabricator with a small garage shop. Any chance you have a kit that I can weld together myself for the front and rear bumpers?

Kind regards,
Gar

Here goes mine. Just a conversion van for now. 2002 Quigley IFS 4x4 3/4 ton with 5.7L 350. Haven't done much - add a leaf in the rear, fox shocks, front hitch, bigger Toyo Open Country AT tires. Triple duties as boat hauler, car camper, and roadtrip vehicle. Has worked great for us.

blank canvas

Just picked up this 2007 G3500, hope it still classifies as an express It has a beefy rear axle and a small 4.8L V8. I am excited to get started on making it into a mobile command center/ tiny tiny home away from home

More pictures to come as the build progresses.

MTADVENTUREVAN HI!

Any idea where they got the front end parts from? axles, dif, control arms probably came off of another chevy for the 4x4 conversion? which transfer case did they use? I am starting to look into this for my van and am not finding much information for the 3500s,

Thanks
