Interesting. While I cannot log in to the Wiki portion (long story having to do with my name having underscores) of this site, the link opened that page.

Yeah, I had an underscore-ectomy (formally Bronco_Hauler) in order to access the Wiki.

Re: Measured my van for shipping

I knew that Herb, noticed your name change right away. Jeremiah told me why. But, while that worked for you, I don't think Ford6LE350 has the same flow. Maybe FordE3506L - no that doesn't cut it either.

Maybe I should start a contest to come up with a new name for me?

Ford6.0PSD - I'll bet the decimal point won't work either.

I'll just keep my name. If I want to get into the Wiki I can always setup another name for just that purpose - oh, wait I already did that - MikeL46.

Measured my van for shipping

Woot,

I think, in another thread, Jage was looking at shipping his van to SMB West rather than driving.

Re: Measured my van for shipping

Incidentally, (no sure where else to put this) here is what I took out of my van before shipping. This (the ungrayed portions) represents the standard "stuff" that remains in the van, everything from the dashboard chapstick to the XL underfloor jack, and both bumpers:

Of course we take 3-5 times as much when we actually go somewhere!

Re: Measured my van for shipping

You need a bigger storage box for the back - so you can look like cellularSteve and carry more. Or maybe a trailer like I have so you can can really carry it all!
