Much the same deal for us. We live in an area with plenty of parking but we do have to move once a week for street cleaning. There's also a dead end street half a block away with ample parking - never had to use it yet but might come in handy now that we have the van which is 2-1/2 feet longer than our old truck.

My van is about two feet too tall to make it my garage.

So it stays on the street, about 8 feet from my head when I sleep at night..

Driveway can handle 1 car or the Ford about 25 ft. Street parking is OK But I needed to change the commercial plated to regular because they have a limit for commercial vehicles parked in a residential area. I just showed them the bed and fridge, funny he remarked the bed looked like a workbench to him.
