replace hinge pins e-series?

My doors are drooping enough to make shutting them a but awkward. Can I just replace the pins or do the hinges need to be replaced too? Any other tricks to repairing this?

I have seen kits like this that you can rebuild the hinge.

The linked kits tend to be for GM hinges which used the bronze bushings---I'm not sure if anything of good quality exists for the Ford E-Series. The problem would be if the leaves of the hinge are worn replacing just the pin would have nearly zero effect or improvement.

New hinges would be my choice but something solid from a scrap yard would be something to look into. They would need to be painted to match but since so little of them extend past the body the Dupli-Color stuff would work great.

Do be advised you'd want the scrap yards parts in a matched upper and lower pair. Ford used two different styles but both would fit the standard body and door shell. Anything from 1992 to EOL should work.

x2 re: this advice - the Door Talon/Claw for the side doors has two hooks to accommodate the different hinges. The hinges may look the same but they can have different amounts of swing, so matched sets are critical. Some allow the side door to swing much closer to the body.

I used to work for Ford, and they didn't offer any kits, and haven't come across any aftermarket solutions. In my experience the hinges don't wear out as quickly as you might think. Usually the little spring breaks that holds the door open before the pivots wear out. If your door is just sagging, you can adjust the doors on the mounting bolts and striker. If that doesn't work then the shell would be the next place I would look. The shell is much softer than the hinge and can be bent (and bent back). It can stress crack around the hinge mount, as well, and may need to be welded (or plated).
If you can lift the door up when open and it wiggles then the metal is fatigued on the shell, or the hinges are worn out. Then go to the junk yard.

It's very clear the holes in the hinges are reamed out or the pins have worn down because there is a lot of play in them. If I have to, I'll make bushing with new pins.

Ok this one has the Ford and it has pins with bushings for $11 so might worth a try.

Those are very much worth the investment in both time and money.

I've never seen those so thanks for finding them and sharing here!
