Hi - was pointed to this thread from a post i made over on expoportal (econline side windows - options - Expedition Portal)

so these windows aren't contoured? how do they mate up with the curve of an econoline body? thanks!

For a 16" tall flanged window there does not seem to be a need for contour.
Here is a close up of how the windows lay perfectly against the body sheet metal with no perceptible distortion:

the window i bought was slightly contoured, but not as much as the side of the van. when i installed it, the van body conformed nicely. no gaps whatsoever. i think both the widow and the body gave a bit. regardless, im quite happy with the end result.

hmm...that's good to know the shorter non contoured windows can work. does anyone have experience with these guys VW31031 - CRL Universal Vertical Lift Van Window 17-15/16" x 21-9/16" with 1/8" Trim Ring? thanks!
