When I regeared my rig from 3.73 to 4.56 I took it to the nearest Ford dealer and they were able to recalibrate the speedometer. Not perfect, but close.
It may depend on what year van you have. Mine is a 2007. I also have a 2016 F150 - and learned that, starting with the 2015 models, a Ford dealer can no longer recalibrate speedometers.

I'm seriously considering buying this set-up for myself but living in Columbus, Ohio not really helpful to most here.
Worth a look as IMHO the price for such a powerful tool isn't outrageous, not especially when somewhat less sophisticated multi-vehicle scanners cost close to the selling price of AutoEnginuity's offering. Things like speedometer calibration without all the dealership BS seems to be a huge plus for such a system.

Yeah, their price had crossed the pain threshold for me, but perhaps I should just bite it. I might give one of the the e-bay IDS copies a whirl.
I do like having make specific software for all of our other cars.
