It's under the driver's side door on the inside of the frame. If you kneel down and look under by your door you should see the ~1" exhaust pipe curving down right beside the frame.

It's not been noticeable to me, but I will definitely check when I get the van back from the shop. I've had it down to -10 deg and it seemed to take a long time to get hot air. That was before I knew I had an Espar (great sales support from Chevy). I'm hoping the engine doesn't need to be running for the heater to work, that would seem to negate the advantages of an Espar.
