Thanks man! Added to my ever growing to-do list.

Re: thinking of getting a new front grille

Just looked and they are correctly up and down on my iPhone but weren't on my PC. Who knows either way you get the idea. This took me about an hour to cut polish and paint. Pretty painless and I actually think I like the blacked out grill too. Good luck!

Re: thinking of getting a new front grille

Actually looks pretty nice. I still worry about rocks. My tires seem to throw rocks forward and they fling back at a fairly
fast rate after hitting the road. I hate that. Already nailed my windshield a couple times. The only way to really test it
would be to take the grill off and just see I guess. I'd still like to install some side louvers.

Just as a side note, if you want even more air flow with that grill, Ford makes honeycomb plugs for the left and right side of that grill. So rather than being blocked off that have holes. This is my old grill, I tried painting the chrome but it looked like crap after a year or so.

So I bought a $40 ebay non-chrome one that had solid plugs like yours, but the honeycomb plugs fit in perfectly.

Sorry for the delay.
