That looks like a Warn winch bumper. Apparently Warn no longer makes them. Cheers. Fernando

Right - a Warn "Enforcer". I have one on my '98, though it has some cooling slots along the top edge...

Looks like a grill insert installed into the stock grill. I have a similar one (except mine is oval) and bought it on ebay. Works great, especially at keeping winter road gravel out of my radiator. However, it does block the good release. Initially I installed a bike brake cable as an extension, but now I just install the insert with bunjees so I can tip it out of the way to open the hood.
