Re: Tiny House Co

I could live in a house that small, as long as it came with a really big-a** garage/workshop for all my tools. Which I guess defeats the whole purpose.

Re: Tiny House Co

im totally enamored with small space living in any form.

my favorite is shipping containers. not so small but small enough that you need to be creative.

although wvvan brings up a very valid point lol

Re: Tiny House Co

3 shipping containers could do the trick.

1 to live in and 2 for the workshop.

Maybe a couple more for a garage space.

Re: Tiny House Co

i envision a bunch of them in a square configuration creating a protected center....

one or two stacked double for some height....

strategically placed garage doors for entry into the compound....

bury them partially....

lots of daydreaming possibilities with those things

Re: Tiny House Co

Considering the mortgage on our new house, these look really attractive! But I couldn't live with the low ceilings. Our new place will have 9' ceilings and 7' doorways, and for the first time since I was about 15 years old, I will be able to walk all through the house without ducking and feeling claustrophobic.

The shopping cart is the bomb.

Also there are a ton of actual container houses, not just ideas.

Can't search for a shipping container without coming across tons of these. Incidentally, anyone have a 40' they'd care to loan me?

Re: Tiny House Co

Hi;

Jage I've got 4 20' units. Just drop by and we'll toss them in the back of your Sporty...

We'll need to empty out the 4 Cordobas first.

Regards,

Gavin
