1994 Ford E250 4x4 Sportsmobile for sale $11500 OBO

Alright, here we go again....this is the same van that I had put up for sale a few months ago after it was involved in an accident. I got an insurance claim for the van, and was able to buy the van back. Initially I was going to sell the van "as is" after the accident....however I changed my mind and got the old girl back on the road. I replaced the driver's door, got two new matching Mickey Thompson rear tires, and proceeded to make the van street legal again. This included a brake and light test required by the California DMV, and therefore I had the rear brakes rebuilt with new pads, resurfaced rotors, etc. Now I have the van all legal, re-registered etc. and I have once again decided to sell her. I dont have any fotos of the new drivers door, but I can take some. So I am putting her up for sale again, and this time its for real!!! Check out fotos in my gallery.....ALOHA!

What was damaged in the crash? What still needs to be repaired? What works and what doesn't? Salvage title now, right?

OK, so whats been repaired: new drivers door, just enough body work to make the door legitimate---opens/closes/locks/unlocks properly,two new tires, brake job, propane tank regulator and two valves replaced. Everything inside the van works fine--sink, inverter, propane stove and heater, etc. Engine is strong, unaffected from the crash; as well as the 4x4 tranny which is as tough as ever!! What still needs to be repaired: the body damage on the drivers side--however the damage is cosmetic and doesn't effect the van in any way except it looks tougher!! The title reads salvaged now, and the van has been inspected by the California DMV and is legal and legit!

Yes, I am selling the van....I am going to travel the world, and unfortunately there arent roads to get to where I am going!! I will definitely get into another sportsmobile in a year or so when I return, but in the mean time it seems like the best choice is to let her go...I will be living in a van when I get to Australia in February, so I am still a van-man for life!!! As far as fotos of the damage, I am in Tennessee for the holidays, and the van is at the San Diego Airport, so any new fotos wont happen at least until I get back to California on January 2nd!! I am hoping for a quick sale so I can get on with my travels....I have a ticket to Oaxaca, Mexico to stay in Puerto Escnodido leaving on January 16th, and I am trying to go snowboarding in Colorado before I leave the country...so I guess the damage fotos in my gallery are all you will get for now....just imagine a new driver's door on there, with the same crushed in side panel, because I did not get the body work done, other than just enough to get the door legitimate!!!! ALOHA----jojo

I am in SW Utah and have been lurking for a while on this site looking for an SMB. Will go thru the fotos again. I actually may be taking a trip to San Diego in January and will stay in touch.
