It is quite possible. My dad purchased it about 4 months ago and was planning on retiring and using the vehicle as a recreational camper. However, things have changed for him and he is not quite retiring and is moving back to Florida and so he is selling it. I know the man he bought it from lives somewhere up in northern Utah.
