2000 smb eb50 quigley 4x4...thinking about selling...

Hi all,
I am in debate about selling my smb, and wondering if there are any interested parties here. Its a smb eb 50 quigley 4x4 v10gas, penthouse top, white and in mint condition for a 2000 model year. No issues whatsoever and ready to go, maintainance current, etc. Typically equiped, but no water heater and no fancy audio/video, etc.
I am thinking about selling to pay off some other debt and probably buy(finance) a new quigley passenger van for a minor homebuild (better for hauling many kids around). I love my van and really am in debate, but thought i'd see if there are any interested parties here before i officially put it up for sale locally or on smb.com, etc. thinking about 38k price.

Please look into UJOR 4x4 Conversion before you plunk down a bunch of money on a quigley.

van details-
2000 quigley, v10 white eb50 grey interior, white exterior. 109,000 miles, built at smb west. third owner.
manual pop top, yakima tracks, canvas screen and shade kits.
extra third leather captains seat, leather front seats. stock stereo/cd. husky floor mats.
big fridge, microwave, sink, 10 gallon water system, propane stove, propane furnace, replaced interior lights with led, new house battery installed at smb west last year, new co2/co detectors, new running boards instead of the hoop steps, bushwackers, exterior shower, no hot water system.
full floater rear end, bfg ta at load range e tires with 10k on them, reunell bumpers front and rear. fog lights and rear work lights. tow package. rear ladder. dual fuel tanks, total of 56 gal.
everything works except the vanity lights on the visors, took them out.
all maintainance done up to date. just got home from 700 mile trip, have all previous owner records.
quigley track bars ok'd by smb west, no crack issues. bilstein shocks 1.5 years old, new sway bar bushings and brakes 1 year old. has awning, but i just bought it and thinking i may keep it for my new van, not sure.

Thanks Jas. That was a seamless purchase.
The van rode flawlessly on my first 450 mile drive.
I have to say.... it looks WAY bigger in my driveway than it did in that parking lot!
My wife is in a state of shock and awe.
