2001 Chevy 2500 extended SMB pricing/sale advice

It is time to sell my 2001 Sportsmobile Chevy extended van 2500, which we have affectionately nicknamed "Vanna White." It has 125,000 miles on it, and spent most of its life in Virginia. Seats and sleeps 4. Basic set up, easy maintenance, no propane or water tanks. Has AC, microwave, fridge, porta potty, and sink (needs to be hooked up to external water supply). Runs well, I wouldn't hesitate to get in it and drive across the country, but has cosmetic issues and a dated (but fully functional) interior.

Am wondering how to go about pricing the van. Have looked at the Sportsmobile site and their used vans, but most are newer than 2001. Would appreciate any feedback I can get. Thank you all in advance!

Your biggest help will be giving us some pics to go on. With the information you gave I would say $7-$25k but it all depends on the fit and finish of everything. 125k Miles is a decent number, but my Chevy has 231k and runs great.

Thanks! I have just finished creating an album, which should be viewable to the public. Please have a look and let me know -- thanks much!

Offering the link to the Album makes it easier to view (just attached below) - but as stated, suggest you post some Pic's in this thread

Thank so much for the link -- had no idea how to do that. Will post some pics here, too.

No, I think I am the third owner. I've had it for almost 3 years now.

Please see copy of sticker from when I purchased the van. It has a 5.7L 8 cylinder engine (gasoline). It has a tow hitch and brake controller. Recently replaced the rear tires. New vehicle battery and house (marine) battery this past month. Serpentine belt replaced last year. Last inspection was 12/18.
