May have an interested party - but will need some clarification (asking here since you'll probably get the same from others):
1. Electric or manual pop-top?
2. What look like 4 vents on the top of the cabinet the Microwave sits in - are these for Heat or A/C?
3. Any rust on the lower body panels? how about undercarriage?
4. How religious were you with fluid maintenance? and have you had any work done in last couple years (EX: Brakes, FE steering components, engine, etc)?
5. Was the van predominantly stored under cover?
6. All appliance in working order?
Thanks

Out of curiosity what is the average gas mileage and tank size?
