Re: 2003 Sportsmobile 4X4 EB50 V10

Washoe Lake State Park was the very first campsite we stayed in after purchasing our SMB in Fresno back in September 2006.

This looks like a very nice rig.

What size fuel tank does your smb have and how many miles to the tank do you get with the v10. My Quiggly with the v8 only gets 250-300 miles per fill up. I'm looking to upgrade to a smb with the v10 or a diesel.

Re: 2003 Sportsmobile 4X4 EB50 V10

The van is equipped with a 46 gallon gas tank. I have never driven it to empty, but with the mileage I get, I would estimate 460 to 552 miles (depending on the type of driving) between fill ups. Again, I don't drive any of my vehicles until the gas tank is empty and I don't recommend it either.

Re: 2003 Sportsmobile 4X4 EB50 V10

Hey there to all prospect buyers of this SMB ...
I had a chance to test drive and inspect the van a week ago! and i must say it is one great SMB... Very clean.. very well equipped,,, well maintained.. and in great condition! and is looks fantastic!

Unfortunately The EB is kind of big for what i want to use the Van for ,but great room inside!!!... RB would suit my need better in tight offroad situations.... otherwise it would have been a great deal at the price Cindy is selling the Van for!

If u are looking for an EB.. got to tell u, this is one nice van at a great price... definitely consider it seriously!

Best of luck
and good trekking!

Jage .... Now how would u know what i would say next??

Actually the 50 is the best floor plan/layout!
i have a choice of a few RBs around.. reasonably priced.. but they are not the 50 layout.. so i passed on those!
50 is by far the most balanced and pleasant layout! and the only layout i will buy!!!

Re: 2003 Sportsmobile 4X4 EB50 V10 - SOLD!

Sold today to a real nice couple from Quincy, CA. They are stepping up from their 4WD VW Westfalia and will be doing a lot of winter camping in the Death Valley area.

It was sad to watch the rig get driven off, but cool that is it going to a good home.
