What did you do to the engine/trans for $15K to bulletproof it?

Re: 2004 E350 Diesel 2WD Sportsmobile "wannabe"

Well it all started when white steam/smoke was coming out of the exhaust. The EGR cooler went bad. I planned on keeping the van for many years and may still keep it if I cant get the asking price.

So I had the guy pull the motor right out of the van

new:
glow plugs
injectors
FICM
bullet proof head gasket and studs
turbo rebuild
he added a bunch of stuff - transmission cooler
EGR delete (I think)
a whole bunch of other stuff. I have receipts I can email you if your're intrested in buying?
