Thats a nice clean rig, with the identical interior thats in my 2001 GTRV. I do wonder about the fan location though. It no doubt has some type of thrust bearing to support the fan when horizontal, not so sure it's designed to be used verticaly, but I assume it works.

I recall some discussion on the GTRV list about folks replacing an AC unit in that location, but also others reporting that the location wasn't ideal. The fan was either blocked or in your face!

I chose to put mine in the window, but I have no problem with it blowing in my face. As a matter of fact I installed a deflector so it would blow directly on me.

Very nice GTRV with the rare T top.

The fan is located where the "window" AC unit came on most GTRVs I've seen.
